Easy chocolate Halloween ghosts...

If you are looking for a quick and easy Halloween treat to make with/for your children, this is ideal !

What you will need

  • 150g (5oz) white chocolate - into small pieces
  • Chocolate chips
  • Lollipop sticks

To start...

Put the chocolate into a bowl ( make sure it's a microwave safe)

Microwave for approx 20-30seconds stir until completely melted..

Line a baking sheet with grease proof paper.

Dollop approx 1tbsp of the melted chocolate onto the grease proof paper.

Then use the back of teaspoon, to shape out into a ghost shape, give you ghost a tapered tail and two arms , if you wish.

Lay a lollipop stick on top of each ghost, approx half way up the body, to seal add a little more chocolate over the top and smooth.

To finish add two chocolate chips for eyes..

Repeat until you have used all the chocolate up...

Place in the fridge until they have set!

Enjoy...

  2. These are adorable! When I was a nanny during college, the kids and I made these every year for their classmates. Cheap, easy, and boo-tiful? Can't beat that.
