The reason for my un-organised persona ? I got up late ! Way later than usual and haven't got caught up yet ..
Although I never drink coffee today, I might ..
I would start by saying "thank you" for your advice on the hair (last weeks coffee date) and I would tell you that I am definitely going for the completely new style and lighter colour... My appointment is this Wednesday and I am excited !
I would also be sharing with you, that I am excited to be having my living room/dinning room re-wallpapered and new carpet !! Looking forward to a fresh new look ready for winter ..
What else? This week my eldest daughter and I went to have a look around the high school, I hope she will be going to next year..
I would say that I am excited to be working on some changes to take my blog to the next level and I am really having fun blogging :)

Hi Claire. Meeting you from Rags to Stitches today. Your daughter is so pretty. I'm sure both of you will enjoy the new chapter of her life next year in high school. Isn't it funny that getting up late sometimes makes you feel more tired? Happened to me yesterday when the hubs was kind enough to tote baby away after nursing in the a.m. to have some daddy-daughter time in the living room while I caught up on some zzz's. You've got a very lovely blog here & I'm so glad I got to visit you this morning. Take care! (And may I recommend dark roast? ;)

What a lovely daughter you have- and so grown up! New wallpaper AND carpet - you are a lucky girl! What have you chosen? Can't wait to see! I'm finishing a few big projects around the house this weekend and then visiting my mother. The whole family is walking in a fund-raising event for ALS. My father passed away from it a year ago. Thoughts of him all weekend....

My living room was apple green and ivoy, well to keep costs down, I have kept some of the green but I am adding in purple and silver ;)
I am trying to remember to take photos as I go along hehehe...

The school we looked at has really good standards and are all for praising! The teachers seemed really nice too..
The only thing is the building is quite old and is need of updating, but I suppose sometimes you have to look past the what's on the outside and go with what's in the inside !
